It already feels like Sunday, yesterday, was days ago that I had my 6th week weigh-in at Weight Watchers and my 4th Bikram Yoga class in a row. Wow! Time slowed down and sped up all at the same time.
My weigh-in went okay yesterday. I was hoping to be at least a pound down, but I was only .4, but I will take it. It isn’t a gain and it isn’t the same as last week. I know what I did, which was several factors actually. I am accountable and next week will be better, I hope. LOL!! A lot of fun weekends ahead all though the new year, so I am going to have to be really good during the week days and plan out my weekends accordingly.
I can do this right? Right! 🙂
