Round 3 – Day 26

My family and I just got back from Vegas after 4 days.  Yes that was 4 days of eating and drinking.  Also drinking as much water as I possibly could and while at the buffets eating healthy.  Sushi, crab, etc. The most fattening thing I had was probably some naan bread and a Creme Brule.

When I weighed myself  this morning I was actually soooo excited! The scale only read 179.0.  I know it sounds crazy that I should be happy, but I was just so happy to know that I have still kept the 10 pounds off from my top weight of 189.  I started this “round 3” 26 days ago.  I’ve lost 3 or 4 pounds, but here it is right back on.  I am still optimistic that it will come off in due time.  As for now, I will trudge forward and keep on keepin’ on! 🙂
