When I got up today I was pretty interested to see what my weight was going to be. 176.0! Cool! I was so worried with being so full every time I ate anything yesterday. I lost weight and felt full all day. That is super cool! The small snacks, and meals every 2 to 3 hours are working for me great. I am still trying to mentally get myself to accept it though. I am hoping that I can stick with it longer than 2, or 3 weeks this time. Isn’t there a saying and theory that if you do something for 30 days your body and mind start to remember it and it comes easier? I remember hearing, or reading something like that.
Anyway, as I type we are driving up to Lo Lo Mai Springs here in Arizona for the weekend. I am so excited and packed all kinds of goodies. In a little bit I am going to get out the crock-pot get the chicken cooking and made some White Chicken Chili. It is basically chicken, white beans (or butter beans) and verde. It is soooo good, healthy and easy to prepare. It cooks in the crock-pot her in our RV as we drive. Love it!! 🙂
