Just going to make this quick… I haven’t worked out since my 3-Day 60 Mile Walk.  I have been having some issues since I got back, that I will get into when I have more time to sit and write.  No, I should say, when I feel like writing.  Anyway, I DID start the two hundred sit-ups Program today, which is super cool.  At least I am doing something.  🙂
