Exercise: 2.15 miles and an hour of yoga.
Fantastic day of exercise today. My upper body strength has seemed to diminish for some reason all of a sudden though for the first time in my life. This made me struggle yet again during yoga this morning. I am hoping that I gain it back quickly. 🙂
My friend made me try yoga. I think she enjoyed laughing at me trying to do some of those crazy poses.
