I got to try out my new roller skates at the roller rink tonight.  So fun!

My Boys had a Charter School Free Skate Night tonight at Skate Land.  All 6 of us went.    4 of us on skates and the other 2 on roller blades.  Everyone did really well.  What a great family night it was and the Boys had their friends there too, so that made it even better.

I was a little freaked at first, because I didn’t want to fall on my ass.  I am happy to say that I didn’t.  After a little while I got the hang of it and was having a good time.  I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered my skates on eBay.  I was so bummed that I didn’t keep my skates and ice skates that I had when I was young.  I started skirting around on eBay and found these.  Just like the ones I used to have!  That I LOVE!  They fit me perfect and are pretty damn comfortable too.

I can’t wait until Sunday.  A friend of mine is having her Birthday Party at another skating rink.  An 80’s party!  LOL!  I have no idea what I am going to wear, but now I am excited. Really excited!  🙂

Oh yeah… and I guess I can count the 2 hours I spent roller skating tonight as a work out. Ha!  Love it!
