Weight Lost: 3 pounds
Exercise: 3 mile walk, maybe a little more.
My feet hurt. This back pain of mine and not being able to sit down is a killer. I feel like I have been working on my feet all day. I laid down for a little while this afternoon, about 40 minutes to read and rest my back and feet, but then had to get back up to get the Boys ready for Football Practice and the rest of the night.
So happy that today was the last day of school. I am happy to get up in the morning leisurely and just do as we please. If the Boys all get up early, which I am sure they will, I am going to get them to walk, or ride bikes with me before it gets too hot outside. That would be cool.
I walked around the park while my two middle Boys had Football Practice today. I got about 6330 steps in at the park. I don’t know what my total is for the day yet, since the day isn’t over, but I really wanted to get my 10,000 in for the day. I am just happy I got some exercise in. That always makes me feel good. I can’t believe I just said that!!!! I am officially not sick of exercise and I want to do it for the first time in my life. It only took me 40 years!!! LOL!! I have always loved Yoga, but have never stuck to ANYTHING else. Go me! 🙂
