Exercise: Wii Tennis 1 hour
I first want to log the rest of my exercise for the past 10 days, or so. I am going to start with yesterday and work back to my last post.
Yesterday (Tuesday): Walk along the canal trail roughly 3 miles.
Monday: 10 minutes on the Elypitcal Machine and 5 miles on the Treadmill.
Friday the 21st: 1 Mile
Thursday the 20th: 5 miles
I can’t remember any further than that… LOL! Anyway, I just needed to log that to help myself stay on track too. 🙂
A friend of mine posted something today… The Public Humiliation Diet: A How-To. I loved reading it! It is kind of what I was trying to do, but I definitely wasn’t putting my blog out there in FB and Twitter land like maybe I should have. I just don’t want to feel like I am complaining, or make people feel any empathy for me. That just isn’t the way that I flow. Now if you want to kick me in the ass and give me encouragement that is another thing.
Anyway, after this post I am starting brand new… a New Day 1 begins. 🙂 I am going to try to blog daily… post it to my FB and Twitter. If it gets to be too much I told people to just block or delete me. Their choice. I don’t want to be a pest to anybody. Please comment though. Comment and kick this flab off of me!!
As I was leaving my Chiropractors office today I asked him if I could go back to yoga. He said that I could do what ever kind of exercise that I can tolerate. I was so happy to hear that. I am going to try and start back up with my yoga on Tuesday, since my Husband is out of town and it is our Boys’ last day of school tomorrow. I haven’t been for a couple of weeks I guess. I can’t wait to go back. Also, when I am in CA for a month starting in June I am going to find one there too. Good things ahead! 🙂
